1. Booking Confirmation and Payments
When you make a booking with Royal Tours and Travels, you’ll receive a Booking Confirmation via email once your payment is processed.
This confirmation secures your travel services (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) with our trusted partners.
To confirm your booking:
- A deposit or full payment may be required (depending on the tour or package).
- Deposits are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
- The balance must be paid by the due date mentioned in your confirmation email.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
2. Cancellation by the Traveler
We know plans can change, and we try to be as flexible as possible.
If you need to cancel your booking, please send us a written request via email at support@royaltoursandtravels.com.
Cancellation charges depend on when you cancel before your trip date:

Note: Some special deals or promotional packages are non-refundable, and this will always be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
We recommend reading the cancellation terms on your booking confirmation for clarity.
3. Partial Cancellations or Modifications
If you need to make changes (like rescheduling, changing travelers, or modifying dates), please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but:
- Changes depend on availability and supplier policies.
- Additional charges may apply if third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) impose change fees.
Our goal is always to minimize costs and find the best solution for you.
4. Cancellation by Royal Tours and Travels
While we rarely cancel tours, there may be circumstances beyond our control that force us to do so — such as:
- Natural disasters, weather disruptions, or safety risks
- Political instability or government restrictions
- Minimum participant requirements not being met (for group tours)
If Royal Tours and Travels cancel your trip:
- You’ll receive a full refund of all payments made, or
- You can choose to reschedule your tour or apply the amount to a future booking
We will always notify you as early as possible and help you find the best solution.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed only after receiving a written cancellation request.
Once your refund is approved:
- It will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Refunds typically take 14–21 business days to process (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Please note that:
- Transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.
- Refund timelines may vary for international payments.

6. No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to show up for a scheduled trip, flight, or tour without prior notice:
- The booking will be considered a “no-show.”
- Unfortunately, no refunds or rescheduling options will be available in such cases.
We strongly recommend notifying us in advance if your plans change unexpectedly.
7. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
Sometimes, life throws curveballs — things like earthquakes, floods, strikes, wars, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
If such events occur, we may not be able to deliver certain services as planned. In these situations:
- We’ll try our best to rearrange your trip or offer travel credits for future use.
- Refunds may depend on third-party supplier policies, as some costs (like airline or hotel bookings) may not be recoverable.
We promise transparency and fairness in every case.
8. Refunds from Third-Party Suppliers
Since we work with airlines, hotels, and local operators, some refunds depend on their individual terms and timelines.
For example:
- Airlines may issue credit vouchers instead of direct refunds.
- Hotels might deduct a night’s stay as a cancellation fee.
We’ll handle all the communication with suppliers on your behalf and do everything possible to secure the best outcome.

For group tours or corporate packages, cancellation terms may differ.
Often, group bookings involve pre-paid arrangements with hotels and service providers.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.

Insurance can help recover costs that might not be refundable otherwise.
